Polipack srl uses its own factory laboratory with the aim of providing a certified safe food packaging that will preserve all food properties at the time of packaging.

Laboratory staff with over ten years experience carry out tests on a daily basis using the following state-of-the-art equipment:

• Slip Tester, to measure the coefficient of friction (COF) of materials
• Welder, to measure weldability of materials at different temperatures
• Gas Chromatograph, to check for residual solvent on the printed and coupled film
• Thickness Gauge , to calculate the thickness of materials
• Ventilated oven, to evaluate the effects of the lamination process
• Scales, to weigh materials
